З) поручительство двух представителей федерального государственного органа из числа лиц, замещающих должности, по которым предусмотрено присвоение воинских званий высших офицеров либо высших специальных званий, и знающих кандидата по совместной службе не менее двух лет; А) анкета по форме согласно приложению N 2, подписанная кандидатом и заверенная кадровым подразделением федерального государственного органа; Руководящим органом ФРС является Совет управляющих Федеральной резервной системы в составе 7 членов, которых назначает президент США с одобрения сената.
